By using Akarisa you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Akarisa provides conversational companionship with AI characters. They are not real people and their statements do not represent our views.
Subscriptions and payment
- Paid plans renew automatically monthly or yearly and are processed by Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record, so your bank statement will show PADDLE.NET or similar.
- The price shown at checkout is final and includes applicable taxes (collected and remitted by Paddle).
- We will give advance notice of price changes; the cycle already paid for is unaffected.
- You may cancel at any time from subscription management; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (linked at the bottom of this page).
Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Do not use the service for illegal activity, harassment, or generating unlawful content.
- Do not use automation to mass-register accounts or scrape the service.
Content and IP
You own the content you submit; you grant us a limited license to use it to operate the service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". AI output may be inaccurate and we are not liable for indirect damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent court at the operator's place of residence. Akarisa is operated by Kong Jun, an individual developer based in Wuhan, Hubei, China.
