This policy explains what Akarisa ("we") collects, how we use it, and the rights you have.

What we collect

• Account: email, display name, hashed password (we never store plaintext passwords).
• Conversations: your chat history with AI characters, used to generate replies and maintain memory.
• Relationship data: intimacy level, mood, nicknames and preferences you set.
• Device data: push token, platform type, and essential crash diagnostics.

How we use it

Solely to provide and improve the service: generating replies, remembering what you told us, and sending notifications you enabled. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention and deletion

Account data is retained until you delete your account. You can export all your data or delete your account at any time in Settings; after deletion we purge residual backup copies within 30 days.

Your rights

You may access, export, correct, and delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time.

AI disclosure

The characters you talk to are generated by artificial intelligence, not real people. Their replies may be inaccurate and must not be treated as medical, legal, or financial advice.

Minors

This service is not intended for anyone under 18. If we learn a minor is using it, we will terminate the account and delete the data.
